How to request transcripts

Current Students

Ordering Official Transcripts in NazNet Self Service
  • Select the "Transcript Requests" button on the homepage to go to the Parchment ordering site.

  • Transcripts may be sent electronically, mailed via first class mail, or sent via FedEx.

  • Note:听transcripts may take up to one business day to process, and any transcripts for students who attended prior to fall 1996 may take up to 5 business days to process听once the order has been received.
Accessing Unofficial Transcripts in NazNet Self Service (Current students only)
  • Log into .
  • In the menu on the left, select "Academics."
  • Under the "Academics" header, click "Student Planning," and at the bottom of the list click "Unofficial Transcript."transcript.png
Cost to Send Official Transcripts
  • $9.00 per electronic transcript ordered plus applicable sales tax (determined at checkout); one transcript includes all undergraduate and graduate coursework. Unofficial transcripts may be obtained at no cost through NazNet Self Service.
  • $11.50 per mailed transcript ordered plus applicable sales tax (determined at checkout).
  • Additional postal or express mailing options are available for additional shipping cost.

Alumni & Former Students

Order a transcript online (electronic & paper mailing options)
  • 听to place a new order; you will be redirected to Parchment. For help, see instructions on the right side of this page.
  • Transcripts may be sent electronically, mailed via 1st class mail or FedEx.
  • An authentication form must be signed (electronically or physically) and submitted prior to processing of any order.
  • Check or update the status of an existing .
  • Timeline:听Transcripts may听take up to 1 business day to process, and any transcripts for students who attended prior to Fall 1996 may take up to 5 business days to process, once the order has been received.
  • For security purposes, transcript orders cannot be placed by fax, email, or over the phone; transcripts cannot be sent via fax.

  • $9.00 per official or unofficial transcript ordered plus applicable sales tax (determined at checkout); one transcript includes all undergraduate and graduate coursework.

Information on Transcript Notations

New York Enough is Enough law requires the University to make specific notations on the transcripts of respondents found responsible for the following prohibited conduct: sexual assault, dating violence, domestic violence, and stalking.听

  • Students suspended after a finding of responsibility will receive the following notation on their transcript: "suspended after a finding of responsibility for a code of conduct violation."听Such notations will remain for at least one year after the conclusion of the suspension, at which point a suspended student can seek removal of the notation by appealing to the Associate Provost and Dean of Students.
  • Students expelled after a finding of responsibility will receive the following notation on their transcript: "expelled after a finding of responsibility for a code of conduct violation."听Such notation shall not be eligible for removal.
  • Students who withdraw pending resolution of alleged violations of this Policy will receive the following notation on their transcript: "withdrew with conduct charges pending."听Such notation shall not be eligible for removal unless the charges are later resolved.
  • If the University vacates a finding of responsibility for any reason, any such transcript notation shall be removed.

Apostille Requests

Former students in need of an apostille of their education documents (transcript and/or diploma) are provided by 91制片厂 who must certify that the document is an official record by having documents notarized by a Monroe County Notary. 听Due to the need to have a notary public available documents may take up to 5 business days to coordinate and prepare.

91制片厂 will provide a transcript and/or diploma per the student鈥檚 request with attached notarized letter(s) certifying they are true authentic documents notarized by Monroe County notary.

Occasionally the alum who needs an apostille for the documents is not in the area. A parent, or whomever the alum designates, may pick up these items with specific written permission. Whether documents are picked up by alum or designee photo identification is required.

The alum or designee must take all authenticated documents to the Monroe County Clerk鈥檚 Office to request the apostille. The document can then be presented by the alum to the New York State Department of Education for final authentication. Email registrar@naz.edu if you are in need of an apostille.

Intercollegiate Agreements

91制片厂 undergraduate students are eligible to complete selected courses as part of cross-registration agreements with local and national colleges and universities. Completed courses are posted as transfer credit. Students must be enrolled full-time at 91制片厂 and must obtain specified approvals.
