Advising Guide
Monroe Community College

The advising guides below are designed to help you navigate your transfer process with confidence. We encourage you to use this information when planning your courses at your community college and to review it with your academic advisor to ensure you’re on track to meet associate degree requirements.

Transferring with an associate’s degree? You are waived from completing all core requirements (except for ACS 090 – Academic and College Success for Transfer Students, and CME 050 – Core Milestone Experience). This means you can spend your time at 91Ƭ immersing yourself in your major.

For all programs, you must submit a formal transfer application. For most programs, we recommend completing your application the semester before you intend to enroll. See the transfer apply page for more details.
