Interested in spending the summer in Florence, Italy?ÌýTheÌýÌý(SRISA) offers programs during Summer A and Summer B.Ìý

Spend the summer in the artistic heart of Italy, Florence. With courses available in everything from art history to international business, you'll be able to take classes in your major/minor while exploring one of the most beautiful cities in Italy!

SPARK GRANT:

Qualifying freshman, sophomore, and transfer students can use their SPARK Grant for this short-term study abroad program.

Program Costs & Funding

Funding Source:

For SPARK eligible students, you will receive the $1,500 SPARK Grant from the Center for Life's Work.Ìý

Summer program costs, including deposits, may be found directly on the where you may also view what is included in respective fees.ÌýPlease review SRISA's Enrollment Policies and ProceduresÌýfor additional information regarding payments and housing.

All payments includingÌýtuition, accommodations and program feesÌýare made to SRISA.

Courses

You can take a maximum of 3 classes. Classes combine in-class lectures, discussion and on-site visits and instruction. Take Academic Lecture and Studio Art & Design courses in the following departments over the course of 4 weeks for a total of 3-6 credits:Ìý

Excursions

There will be field trips to beautiful locations throughout the region. Some possible locations will be to Sam Gimignano, Lucca, Siena, Portovenere, Turin, Naples, Pompei and Sorrento, Venice and the Biennale and a Chianti Wine Tour.
