Transfer Students

  • If you will enter 91制片厂 as a first-year student, you have the option to preference our 3 first-year buildings - Kearney, Lourdes & O'Connor 1
  • If you enter as a sophomore, junior, or senior, you have multiple housing options.

91制片厂's limited number of single rooms go mostly to returning students during the spring housing selection. Transfer students are assigned to available vacant rooms. Once you receive a space, you can request a change to a different room or building depending on availability. 厂别别听Room Change Procedures.

Graduate Students

Current 91制片厂 students: You can apply for graduate housing on campus if you lived on our campus for your undergrad senior year. Please refer to the returning student housing application page for more information.

Incoming, new-to-91制片厂 graduate students: You can apply for housing in听Medaille Hall听for the 2025-2026 academic year. Applications are on the Naz housing portal. Due to the limited availability, housing priority is based on your deposit date and students are placed on a first-come, first-served basis.听

Amenities in Medaille include:听

  • Full-size bed and mattress
  • Air-conditioning unit in room
  • Single rooms (double rooms as singles) with micro-fridges in each room.听
  • Shared community bathrooms
  • Communal study space and access to kitchen and free laundry facilities
  • Open during all breaks (e.g., Thanksgiving, winter, spring)
  • Option to request room placement near friends in the building, if available
  • Short-term/single-semester housing options听
  • Parking is available on campus
  • All utilities, cable, internet, and local phone service

The rate for this housing style also includes the听听each semester. You have the option to upgrade your meal plan if you like.

Summer housing is also available for those who need it due to their program requirements, billed at the summer rate.

Due to the popularity of our graduate housing, we have expanded this program and can also offer the true single rooms on the 3rd floor of Medaille as an option for both听new incoming graduate students and continuing 91制片厂 students returning听for graduate school. These additional beds are in traditional single rooms but will come equipped with a twin XL bed, air-conditioning unit, and micro-fridge, in addition to the other amenities listed below.听 Because the room dimensions can not accommodate a full-size mattress, the cost will be $10,000 or $5,000 per semester. This rate also includes the听听each semester.听Applications can be found on the听.
