Casa Italiana Book Club听
Casa Italiana hosts this monthly book club for informal discussions of听Italian books. The Club is open to anyone 鈥� to practice the Italian language and/or learn about Italy and its culture. The group suggests books, usually by contemporary Italian authors, that reflect the changes that have taken place over time in the language and customs.

Italian Film Series
The听Italian Film Series听and the听Frank DiMino Casa Italiana听are proud to bring contemporary Italian films to the Rochester area.听
Films will be screened at the听Peace Theater (Room A14), located at the lower level of the听91制片厂 Arts Center.听There is ample free parking at the center.
The film screening will be followed by a dinner at the听Frank DiMino Casa Italiana,听located in front of the Arts Center.
Film tickets: Free for 91制片厂 students, faculty and staff. New advance ticket price for Casa Italiana members: $7.50. It is cheaper to purchase tickets ahead of time rather than at the door.

- Saturday, September 6th, 4PM. Movie: L'abbaglio, a film by Roberto And貌.听.
- Saturday, October 18th, 4PM. Movie:听Napoli - New York,听a film by Gabriele Salvatores.
- Sunday, November 16th, 4PM. Movie: Dieci giorni con i suoi,听a film by Alessando Genovesi.
- Saturday, December 13th, 4PM. Movie: Santocielo,听by Francesco Amato.

- Saturday, January 24th, 4PM. Movie:听Elena's War,听by Stefano Casertano. Based on a true story.

- Sunday, February 15th, 4PM. Movie:听Il nibbio (The Negotiator),听directed by Alessandro Tonda. Based on true events.
- Sunday, March 1st, 4PM. Movie:听Primadonna,听written and directed by Marta Savina. In honor of International Women's Day.
- Saturday, April 11th, 4PM. Movie:听Maschile singolare.听Free and open to the public, with a reception to follow at Casa Italiana.
- Saturday, May 2nd, 4PM. Movie:听Postponed.
*Tickets can also be purchased at the door at a slightly increased price.*
Italian Conversation Table听
The Italian Conversation Table is an informal conversation group led by Daniel Speciale and other members of Frank DiMino Casa Italiana. Its goal is to provide attendees with an opportunity to practice Italian in a casual setting.听
